I just want to say thankyou very much for the weekend. We had 4 fantastic days on The Gold Coast. The itinerary was spot on. From the flight to the transport to the hotel. we want to say a big thank you to Lianna for making all the arrangements for my surprise 25th wedding anniversary gift to my husband, Lianna kept it so secretive he did not know about it till we reached sydney airport, and he was sooo suprised, so thank Lianna. Our accomadation at the Grande Chancellor in Adelaide was fantastic, as was all the staff. We had our anniversary dinner at the Manse restraunt and what a dinning experience. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 day mystery flight, once again thank you

Hello Liana,

Just wanted to let you know that I had an excellent time in Hobart. Everything was perfect.
The Woolstore Apartment Hotel is luxurious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My apartment was really nice and had everything I could need. I will stay there again if I can get back to Hobart some day. It is only a five minute walk to the waterfront and about ten minutes to Salamanca Place.
The transfers were all on time.
Obviously I would have liked a longer stay but I'm pretty sure I will go again in the future.
My kids are really pleased that I had such a good time. My daughter was a bit worried about the whole thing after they had given me the voucher for my birthday, wondering how it would all go, but now she is glad that they did.

Thanks again for everything. I will definitely recommend you to as many people as I can.

Mystery Flights was amazing my husband and i could not agree on where to spend our honeymoon so a friend suggest a mystery flight and it was a brilliant but simple idea. we have just enjoyed an amazing weekend at the Grand Chancellor Adelaide. everything was organised we knew exactly where we had to be and at exactly what time it was amazing. Thank you for solving our disagreement and for giving us an amazing weekend away.

the best thing was everything was taken care of, the only thing we had to organize was the getting to and from the airport.

The Watermark Hotel was central to everything ,the staff friendly & accommodating .We were in walking distance of many good restaurants and the transfers happen on time .It felt longer and better than just a weekend.

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say what a wonderful experience we had wtih 'Mystery Flights'
this is the first time I have ever flown and I was very aprehensive at the thought. The way you put everything together, emails, documents, flights, accommodation and tranfers is a credit to your company. We did not open our package till the morning at the airport. The accomodation at the Menzis in Sydney was perfect. On our return to Brisbane from Sydney on Monday the 19th of September our flight was cancelled and one of your teammembers was straight on the phone to us to tell us what to do. Fantastic!! I would recommend you to all.

What a weekend!!!! We had an absolute ball !!!! Thank you so much for organising our girlie/mummy 4 days 3 nights mystery flight to Melbourne.
With anticipation/excitement running through us, we arrived at the airport, with not much sleep, still not knowing our destination. People around us soon caught on we were on a mystery flight and were equally excited. The check in chick asked for our destination and when we said we didn’t know she looked a bit concerned. It turns out she has never heard of mystery flights!!! She slowly opened the envelope and announced our destination as Melbourne!
We had ruled Melbourne out due to it being Cup week so were initially in a bit of shock!
We checked in (luggage weighing in at around 20kgs!), and immediately headed straight to the bar for a glass of champagne and to madly plan our weekend!!!
Well, with us landing in Melbourne on Ladies Day” we really didn’t have to plan too hard. Amongst our 20kgs were just a few fancy frocks and thrown in at last minute were our fascinators! Weird! It was a great start to the weekend!!! Our 4 days were full of so many laughs… we ate, we drank, we shopped,(of course), we caught trams around Melbourne and even managed a sunbake and swim at St Kilda beach. Just to top it off, we hired a convertible sports car and visited 1600 penguins on Phillip Island!!!!
What a weekend….we didn’t stop laughing and having fun until we collapsed in exhausted sleep on the plane on the way back to Sydney!

We scored our trip an 11/10!

We may need a while to recover but we’ll be back…watch out Australia you never know where the K&K team might land next!

What was the best thing about your Mystery Flight?
Everything was fantastic. My mystery flight was a gift. I cheated and opened my envelope early. At first I was quite disappointed that I was going to Cairns (I am a Queensland girl and was hoping for somewhere interstate), but I soon became very excited as I struggled to decide which tours and activities I wanted to do when I got there. From the moment I got to the airport the service I received throughout my whole trip was amazing. I am telling anyone who will listen about Mystery Flights and I can't wait to go on another one. Thank you for the best holiday I have ever had.

we thought we were going to be disappointed with the destination when we found out it was Cairns, but when we got there we were so happy and could not have gone to a better place THANK YOU!!

Everything was perfect, the time of the flights, hotel, airport transfers, all were on time and above anything expected, we couldn't have asked for a better 4days away. The location of the hotel and destination were perfect, the Gold Coast was a great getaway from the rain in South Australia!

What a fantastic trip! We were pleasantly surprised to find Melbourne as our Mystery Flight destination. The wife loved the "shopping capital" of Australia I must say, there was so much to see and do. The flights were excellent, the pick up transport to and from the airport was fantastic, they did a great job, made us very welcome and were very punctual.

Thank you for a great trip to Adelaide. We had a lovely time. It is a very relaxing city, you can walk to most of the attractions.

We went on a day tour to the Barossa and can recommend a trip with "Taste the Barossa" tour with Dallas. It was a great day with a small group of people. Dallas gave us a lot of information about wine tasting and the highligts of the Barossa.

Our stay at the Grand Chancellor on Hindley was excellent, the staff were fantastic. The restaurant at the Hotel is also very good.

The weekend my partner and I wanted (as it was the only weekend close to our anniversary we were both able to get away) was not listed in your available dates so I emailed through a query. Within a day someone had gotten back to me asking for my details, and another day after that managed to have everything booked and ready to go! So i would like to pass on my thanks to Liana deCastro who responded so quickly to my initial email, and Kim Thelander-Thomas who organised everything (again so quickly!) thereafter, We had a greta trip, a beautiful hotel and a wonderful time, which we would not have had without this great service. so thank-you!

I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for organising the mystery flight to Adelaide for myself and my husband. The occasion was our 40th wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday.

We had a wonderful flight down to Adelaide and back to Sydney again. The crew were friendly and the service was very good.

Thank you for the 5 star hotel upgrade. We were very happy with the service at the Crowne Plaza and it was a lovely place to stay. All staff members that we came into contact with were very obliging and courteous. I was very happy with the room on the 4th floor and we were able to go there immediately on our arrival from the airport, which was great. We were then able to arrange through the concierge for a 1/2 day bus trip for the afternoon.

Everything was so well organised that I have no hesitation in recommending your company to my relatives and friends should they ever wish to arrange such a trip. I might even possibly do this again in a few years time.

I just wanted to thank you and the team for providing such a cool service! Kris and I had a fantastic mystery flight weekend.

Even though we were tempted to open the envelop once it arrived in the post, we decided against it. We packed for all weather conditions (hoping we would only need our swimming togs) and when we arrived at the airport it was a pleasure to find out we were heading up the coast instead of down!

The hotel was great, flights were on time and the Gold Coast was great fun.

The organisation was excellent from the package to the hotel accommodation and the flight to Brisbane. Overall it was just superg and what you are doing now needs no improvement.

Everything was well organised. We went to an interesting place. The hotel was central and easy to get from and back to. A well-run, excellent trip.

Just wanted to thank you very much for organising our Mystery Flights. I booked 2 tickets through you, and took my daughter for her 21st birthday present. We ended up in Sydney (from Adelaide) and had a very enjoyable stay. the whole process was very well organised and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole time!

We ended up in Adelaide, where we hadnt been before. Didnt have to worry about anything! Plenty of info was supplied in the folder of things to do. flight and hotel all good, the flights were early but it was worth it as we got to have 4 full days in Adelaide!

The whole Mystery Flight experience was great & we will use your services again
